Refund & Cancellation Policy – Mr.Dukan

At Mr.Dukan, we provide an online platform for wholesale vendors to showcase their products and for retailers to connect with them. Since we are a digital directory and do not sell physical products, this policy applies only to vendor subscriptions, listings, and paid services.
1. Subscription & Listing Fees
- All payments made for vendor subscriptions, listing fees, and advertising services are non-refundable, except as mentioned below.
- Once a subscription or listing is activated, it is considered delivered and cannot be canceled mid-term.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment processing error where the amount was charged but services were not activated.
- Service not delivered due to an error on Mr.Dukan’s side.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription or listing cancellation by the vendor after activation.
- Partial use of services (e.g., if you subscribed for 3 months but stopped using it after 1 month).
- Dissatisfaction with results (since visibility and sales depend on market conditions and vendor effort).
4. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@Mr.Dukan.com with your registered details, payment ID, and reason for refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7–10 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time, but fees already paid will not be refunded.
- Auto-renewal (if applicable) can be turned off in account settings or by contacting support.
